Due to an unfortunate increase in last-minute cancellations and unfulfilled appointments, we now have a cancellation policy. From Monday 31st October, all online bookings will require payment card details. PLEASE NOTE: your booking is not complete until your card details are confirmed.
It is free to cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before your appointment time. After this, the following charges will apply:
50% of your service price
– if you cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment
100% of your service price
– if you do not attend your appointment
Please allow 24 hours for cancellations or rescheduling. It makes a huge difference to our team!
